PEACE IN THE STREETS FILM FESTIVAL
The Peacemaker Corps Association is currently seeking young filmmakers to submit peace oriented films for its upcoming Summer youth film festival. The international Peace in the Streets Global Film Festival showcases young filmmakers from around the world sharing ideas about making peace at home. The festival is open to youth 18 years of age or younger. Youth must submit a 1-5 minute film about how they will keep “peace in their streets”. If selected, winning filmmakers are invited to the United Nations for the screening of their film and an award ceremony. Peace in the Streets Global Film Festival (PSGFF) empowers young people worldwide by encouraging them to share ideas and innovative approaches in their quest for a better world. This is the 2nd annual PSGFF produced by the United Nations affiliate NGO, The Peacemaker Corps Association.
