POWRPLANT

PowrPlnt is a digital arts learning and sharing “collaboratory” where creators of all ages can share their network and access software. Angelina Vezzetti, Founder of Powrplnt and media producer, is an artist and entrepreneur that focuses on community development through creative expression. Her past projects include opening the Body Actualized Center in Bushwick, Internet Week in NY,  Art Basel in Miami, FL and a series art shows in Los Angeles, CA. POWRPLNT engages youth with free interest-driven courses, introducing the tools of digital art production to communities nation wide.

POWRPLNT is an indoor garden creating a union between the digital world and an urban green space. 

POWRPLNT operates as a donation based computer workspace when classes are not in session.

POWRPLNT aims to provide a space where the digital arts community may interact with the next generation of creators. It functions as both a gallery space and a think tank, an environment where people from all backgrounds may learn the skills necessary to express themselves creatively in today’s networks.
